By downloading, installing, or using the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Membership & Eligibility
Membership to the CJP is free, lifelong, and currently limited to individuals who meet our age requirements. Your membership is a privilege and is revocable if you are found to be acting against the core principles of the party.
3. Code of Conduct
We foster a community of respect and progress. You must adhere to our community guidelines, which strictly prohibit hate speech, harassment, violence, explicit content, spam, and the spread of deliberate misinformation. Violators will face immediate account termination.
4. User Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant CJP a license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform. You are solely responsible for your content. CJP reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any post, campaign, or petition that violates our safety guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
The CJP logo, app design, code, and official promotional materials are the intellectual property of the Cockroach Janta Party. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The developers, founders, and creators of CJP are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use this application. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
