We collect basic information such as your Name, Date of Birth, State, District, and any media you choose to upload (such as profile pictures). This allows us to verify memberships, issue your virtual Membership Card, and curate local events. We DO NOT collect sensitive identifiers without explicit consent.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is primarily used to provide you a personalized feed, allow participation in localized campaigns, and notify you of events in your District. We also use this data to ensure the safety of our community by preventing spam and duplicate accounts.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide a seamless experience, we use trusted third-party services. Firebase Authentication is used to securely manage your login sessions and protect your identity. Cloudinary is used to securely host and deliver images and media you upload. We do not sell your data to any external advertising agencies.
4. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure cloud database rules, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no digital platform is 100% secure, and we urge you to use strong passwords.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. You have the right to revoke your membership and delete all your data at any time via the Settings screen. Once deleted, all associated content (including your posts and comments) is permanently wiped from our active databases.
